1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Local Shipping:
We provide standard shipping for all local orders. Local deliveries are typically completed within 7–10 business days from the shipment date. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

International Shipping:
For international orders, we offer standard international shipping. Delivery times generally range from 7–14 business days after shipment. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.


2. Order Processing and Shipment

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days of receipt.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.



3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping charges during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

 


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices displayed on our website do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

 


5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
